Tintilou Needs You is a non-profit organization dedicated to supplying much-needed assistance to the people of Tintilou, a small village in Burkina Faso, West Africa.

OUR MISSION


Our mission is to raise funds to advance economic opportunity in Tintilou through infrastructure development, medical treatments, housing construction, agriculture optimization and adequate food supply.

Projects

Completed Projects

Tintilou Needs You, Inc. has successfully funded and implemented hundreds of projects:

  • Water wells drilled:
  • 15 solar powered wells equipped with polytanks (water storage system)
  • 1 Volonta HandPump well
  • 30 cement block homes built to replace crumbling mud houses
  • 35 motorcycles acquired for hospital runs, goods transportation, and errands
  • 30 small business start ups funded for families
  • Bicycles acquired for school children
  • Bathing facilities built

Ongoing Projects

Every year, Tintilou Needs You, Inc. funds and provides for:

  • Tuition, books, clothing and books for over 100 school children each year, from elementary school through college and career oriented training
  • Medical support for families in need
  • Funds toward purchase of grain for families in need

Procure a drilling rig


Build a warehouse for  water filtration and to serve as a bagging center that will provide employment


Start a poultry farm to provide employment and food for the village
